Questions, answered.
I haven't trained seriously in years. Is this for me?+
Most clients arrive that way. The first four weeks are deliberately conservative — we rebuild posture, technique and joint trust before adding any real load.
Do I need a full gym?+
No. owewow programmes for home (a single dumbbell is fine), hotel gyms, full commercial gyms, or any hybrid. Tell me what you have access to that week and the plan adjusts.
How much time per week, honestly?+
Three sessions of 45 minutes is the standard. That's it — about two and a quarter hours of training a week. Most clients fit it before standup or after their last meeting.
I travel a lot for work. How does that work?+
Travel weeks are built in. You'll get a hotel-gym variant, a bodyweight variant, and a single-dumbbell variant of every session. The plan goes with you.
What about timezones?+
Coaching is asynchronous through the client portal — programmes, check-ins and chat. Scheduled video calls happen in your local timezone.
Will I have to give up the food I enjoy?+
No. We work inside your real life — work dinners, weddings, family weekends, the occasional Friday curry. The framework adapts; you don't disappear from your own social calendar.
What if I get injured, sick, or slammed at work?+
We deload, pause, or move sessions. You won't be billed for paused weeks beyond your minimum commitment. Burnout-aware programming is part of the practice.
How long until I see results?+
Strength and mood usually shift inside four weeks. Visible body-composition changes by week eight to twelve. The full compounded effect — posture, energy, sleep, body — typically takes six to nine months.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. After your initial 12-week minimum, you can pause or cancel at the end of any month, no questions asked.
Who is this not for?+
If you want a hard-sell, generic plan you can buy off a shelf, owewow isn't that. If you want a coach who replies thoughtfully, writes for your week, and is in this with you for the long run — we'll get on.
